With this application, patients can share their information with their doctors without needing to fill in a form every time they visit a new health care provider. Just use the app to scan your doctor’s QR code and your information will be shared instantly. You are in charge of the information you share and it will be secure in the app (In line with the POPPI Act).
*Medical Service providers upload personal Terms & Conditions to the TMRF app, patients need to accept these T&Cs when sharing their information.
